“Crystal Cove House was amazing: We were a party of 8 and had plenty of room to sleep, relax, and take in the beautiful ocean views. The location was perfect! Easy access to everything. Small walk to pier, Santa Monica shopping, dinning, and coffee shops. The best part was sitting on the multiple outside decks just taking in the breathtaking views. Thank you Jon for being so accessible and flexible during this ever changing COVID situation. We had a great time and look forward to returning in the future.”

“Wonderful family hangout spot: We spent five nights here with our children (ages 6 and 11) and had a wonderful and relaxing time. The kids loved the layout of the house and the easy access to the beach and pier. A quick walk or drive to Whole Foods is an easy way to stock the house, and we enjoyed watching movies and shows when the weather didn't cooperate. This rental is highly recommended and a great value!”

Santa Monica Beach House My family spent time in Los Angeles this summer at this beautiful beach house. The location couldn’t be more perfect. We enjoyed beach activities, the proximity to the Santa Monica pier and all the super sunny vibes. The house itself is exquisite and very nicely furnished . . . everything you need for a SoCal vacation. FIVE STARS

We had a family gathering and loved the Central location and amazing beach view on all 3 levels. Jon was available to make sure we had all we needed for our stay. Very comfy beds and pillows too. We came for sunshine and got worst rainstorm in 10 years and still had a good time thanks to Jon and this great house. So glad it worked out.

We stayed at Jon's Santa Monica beach house this April. There was enough room for all 7 of us, very comfortable and clean. Excellent location, directly on the beach and a few minutes walk to the pier and downtown shops and restaurants. Venice beach is walkable too. Jon was great as was the house! Highly recommend!

Amazing, well appointed house, very clean and comfy beds, right on the beach, 100% ocean front. We had a wonderful week + stay, were able to walk everywhere, incredible restaurants, equinox gym, and get groceries. Would stay again at the Barbie House, and highly recommend!

Everything was awesome!: We loved this home. Very large and lots of sleeping. The kitchen was fully stocked and the house was exceptionally clean. Master bed was super comfortable. Quick walk down the block to a big beautiful part of the beach. Close enough to walk and be in the middle of the action in Venice but far enough to feel secluded, safe and in a quiet area. Would def stay here again. The owner was excellent to work with. Prompt and efficient with everything! Thank you!!!

Great House: I stayed here for my 50th birthday with a few of my friends. This house was wonderful. it's very spacious. The beach was so close. we walked to the beach. I enjoyed the house.

Fantastic location, wonderful rooftop deck!: Had a great stay here, the owner was really friendly and helpful and met me upon arrival to take me through the house. Being a block from the beach was excellent and I spent a good deal of time on the roof patio, super relaxing. Also, it was within a few minutes drive from Abbot Kinney for shopping. Highly recommend.

Perfect family reunion: Jon was super responsive...when there was a problem with the garbage disposal he had a plumber there within the hour. Great host. Wonderful view of the fireworks from the roof where we gathered in the hot tub...and the long wooden table in the living area accommodated 15 people. Perfect place for our family reunion.
