We could not have been happier in the home we rented for a full month, right on the beach in Santa Monica from Jon. It was a dream come true, we started thinking & dreaming about a beach home with Santa Monica as our first choice several years ago. It was a dream come true. The house is magnificent, watching the sun set over the ocean every evening. Walking up and watching the sunrise from the bedroom and walk out terrace in the morning. Walks and bike rides along the boardwalk conveniently located out our back door. The fixtures and furnishing knocked it out of the park. The home is sophisticated and warm at the same time. We had the pleasure of watching the winter Olympics with the fire place going and a nice bottle of wine. Life could not be better. I would recommend the home and location with 5 stars and hope to repeat the experience many times in the future.
